Privacy Policy
How Adaptive Manufacturing collects, uses and protects your personal data, and your rights under UK GDPR.
Last updated: August 2026
Who we are
This website is operated by Adaptive Manufacturing Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at contact@adaptive-manufacturing.co. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect and why
When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address and message you provide, so that we can respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, arrange a call. We rely on this information only for that purpose. When you browse the site, and only after you accept cookies, we collect standard analytics data (such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address) to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.
Lawful basis
We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. We process analytics and advertising data in our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and measuring our advertising; you can control or block these cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, together with Google Ads conversion measurement, to understand site usage and the performance of our advertising. These tools set cookies when you visit the site. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block them altogether. We also use Google reCAPTCHA to protect the contact form from spam; its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. Contact-form emails are delivered to our own mailbox. Analytics, advertising and anti-spam processing is carried out by Google as our processor. Some of this processing may involve transfers outside the UK, protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK's international data transfer provisions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email contact@adaptive-manufacturing.co. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above.
