 After the Initial Assessment, I will provide an Approach Proposal, which will be prioritised, in terms of what foundational elements are a Must have, and what the Requirements look like when directly linked to each Business need.

Once we have reviewed the proposal together, we can discuss an Approach Plan.

This Typically involves a more detailed Business Plan, where the Cost-Benefit Calculations are added to the Requirements Matrix. this also normally includes Manufacturing Area-Cell-Unit Concept Design, also allowing for preliminary Capital Costings.

 After the Area-Cell-Unit Concept Design is complete it can be Simulated & Visualised in order that all stakeholders can appreciate the concept(s) and ask any questions they might have. 

This can be seperate or part of, a Control Linked Digital Twin stage 1/2, forming part of the concept validation, minimising risks and speeding up Development.

  Specifications are a crucially important part of any design process, even outline specifications, which I can also provide, enable different disciplines, individuals or companies communicate complex ideas. Importantly of course, they form part of a larger matrix of Business Needs-Requirements-Design-Build-Validation.

Over the last 10 years Safety Systems have come a long way and many may not be aware of the possibilities, given their importance, this maybe limiting your vision of what is possible.
