WHY Change - WHAT needs to Change
So… Imagine you no longer have to stop manufacturing because of a fault on one single component, you don’t have to spend hours changing a Line/Cell over to run a different type of product, you don’t have to compromise on Productivity, Quality and Traceability as you add new Products, you will have a greater choice of Equipment Suppliers and you don’t have to purchase a new machine just because a single process needs to change; these are the common challenges I have removed.
WHAT are the Benefits
The Manufacturing Sector for over 15 years has been required to do “More with Less”, it is now long overdue that Manufacturing Lines/Cells make parts faster, use less energy, less materials, provide 100% traceability, drastically reduce downtime, be more adaptable to changes, be reconfigurable and thus repurposed, extending any given assets life by more than double. In short, any given assets useful lifecycle should be more than tripled.
